US Magistrate Judge Stays Discovery, as CNN Seeks Dismissal of Devin Nunes' Defamation Suit
U.S. Magistrate Judge Ona T. Wang of the Southern District of New York granted the news network’s request to stay discovery in the case until a federal judge could rule on CNN’s motion to dismiss the case, which was transferred from the Eastern District of Virginia last month.
